Yeah man just just drizzle with oil, a garlic spice blend (wife uses
Trader Joes agilo olio and some onion salt)
Chicken comes off to rest then set the romaine on the hot grates for a couple minutes, chop and toss in whatever Caesar salad dressing you prefer
Wife came up with this for Chiefs tailgating as a way to add some veg to our caveman tailgates while still utilizing the grill
