The press coverage issue is a valid concern. Tyreek admitted to struggling vs press early in his career and bulked. And Tyreek was/is a compact ball of muscle, unlike Worthy and Brown. It's a big part of what makes Tyreek special, not just his speed.
BUT, if teams don't have the corners to press...or get beat on the press....oooof. That receiving group can really punish them.
What really stand out to me, when watching Worthy, is how much cushion they give him. And he eats it up anyway. Teams really, really respected his speed. His speed is real, functional speed AND he can track. His ability to locate the ball over the shoulder and contort himself into position is fantastic.
The combination of Rice/Kelce/Brown/Worthy is quite the swiss army knife. Add in Pacheco and oh yeah that Mahomes guy with Reid drawing it up....all of a sudden.....
