Yep. Mahomes outplayed him. ESPN QBR agrees with that take as well. I like ESPN's QBR metric because it accounts for rushing stats and so forth. It also accounts for strength of opposing defense if I am not mistaken. They graded Mahomes 97/100 and Allen 92/100. Both were awesome in the game, but I think Mahomes had the tougher job of the two guys...
Mahomes was going against the #1 defense, while Allen was going against a pretty average defense that also had some injuries which made his job even easier than it was already gonna be in the first place.
