I think that's a huge part of why they all seem to fail. Andy Reid had to grind and work his butt off as an OL coach at various colleges for next to no money. Ratface Jr did one year of a graduate assistantship and immediately got a cushy NFL quality control position.
The kind of faithful fortitude that Andy went through is absolutely reflected in how his teams operate and have successful seasons year in and year out.
Rat Jr. gets a couple players with a few ouchies and doesn't know how to not tank the season. It's like he practically gives up or at least doesn't know how to make grown ass men not give up.

Kendall Roy is going to Kendall Roy, man.
He's about to get his ass kicked again by a competitor who had to grind their way up instead of being a 90 percent knock off of their dad who got every step up the ladder lowered for him, and then he's going to complain that it's all his ginger sibling's fault (Sean McVay = Shiv in this simile).
