Nick Wright has this exactly right. Mahomes has had great moments and great periods of play in the Super Bowl but he hasn’t had just a dominant game from start to finish with big stats. So it only makes sense that in his worst statistical season, he puts out a perfect and huge game from start to finish and we are celebrating a victory at the start of the fourth quarter.
