Well, tbf, 65 mph winds is just unplayable. I know it's gusts, but that could mean gusts every 10 or 30 seconds; it doesn't have to be every few minutes. And if it's gusting that high, the constant wind is probably pretty ridiculous as well, like 30+. Which would also be damned near unplayable.

Also, if travel is going to be nearly impossible, do we really want fans and teams trying to get around in that? Could be a real element of risk there.
