Id like to see Richie James get more opportunities. He's probably our best hope to turn things around. I think Rice will be great eventually but not this season. it will take some time and coaching.

Of course there is nothing to be done about it now but again, none of this was hard to forecast. Plenty of people thought we needed to not just let JuJu walk without a replacement. This wasn't just one offseason. In 5 prior drafts Veach added ZERO #1 , #2 or #3 WR's for most teams. Hardman worked here for a while but had to be manufactured touches. No one else offered him much when he left and he never saw the field much on a Jets team that might be one of the few teams with worse weapons than ours.
He also should have had $$$ to grab in trade deadline and he didn't do that either.
Moving forward its now all on the coaches to get the worst of the worst off the field but so far little success as Skyy Moore continues to get significant snaps and MVS continues to get chances to drop balls or run the wrong routes.
