The difference is Veach is absolutely smashing his defensive picks at LB and DB and it's turned this defense into a force because you had mid and late round picks like Chenal, Sneed, Watson, Williams out here killing it. Then his big picks like McDuffie and Cook are playing at really high levels and turning into great players. Our high round WRs haven't gotten to average yet.

Sneed looked like a 1st round pick the moment he stepped on the field.
McDuffie was a 1st round pick they traded up for.
Yes, our DB picks are better but the there was never anything to develop with CEH, Hardman, or Moore. They are what they are.
