Same thing with his Cincy fumble last year. He needs to get down quicker on those plays instead of trying to gain an extra 1-2 yards. Defenders are trained to focus on stripping the ball more than tackling the guy these days. Gotta be smarter against that.
And of course Mahomes had the terrible interception in the end zone. Need the two superstar players to avoid these mistakes. Mahomes & Travis cost the team 6-14 points on those two plays.
Meanwhile Jalen Hurts fumbled near his own goal line and the ball bounced right back to him. Very lucky on his end, but it goes to show the importance of ball security. No room for error in the NFL.
