It's Hardman, Skyy, and Rice. Hardly enough of a sample size to conclude that they need to "change how they evaluate WRs", especially considering Rice is the most recent one.

Well, trading for a guy that was a first rounder the year before, and went before you drafted would say they probably evaluated the guy pretty highly and would have liked to have drafted him.
They traded a draft pick for him. If you wanna argue semantics here, I guess go for it.
Whatever they've done in terms of eval'ing the WR drafts, or development or something has gone wrong. I don't know exactly what it would be.
