The Chiefs had a stretch in late 2019 where the offense wasn't cruising in the red zone.
It happened in 21, too, with that awful offensive stretch in midseason.
Let's not overreact to a game in which Mahomes was recovering from the flu, the team had two really back-breaking fumbles that created a 10-point swing, and a team the Chiefs hadn't been embarrassing for years played inspired football while the Chiefs eyed a big matchup the following week.
