Lot of bad football all around this year, playing and coaching, but still just one stinker and 2 dropped passes from 0 losses.
Players aren't detail oriented. It could be where the influence of Eric Bieniemy is missed. While perceived as a player hated raging asshole, guys were probably more likely to focus up to not listen to any of his shit.
Nagy comes off as a guy just happy to be back and brings a that's okay we will get em next time champ type demeanor.
I mean ffs, my 9 year old nephew knows that on a comeback route, you have to you know....spoiler alert..COME BACK to the ball. A guy like MVS making this error shows a lack of focus, or a lack of expecting the ball to come his way. He's played in the league for a while. With one of the biggest asshole quarterbacks ever in Aaron Rodgers, so don't tell me this dude just didn't know.
Just run up stop and turn around, it's lazy, sloppy football. Period. We're getting it across the board. Veteran guy like MVS, young guys like Rice and Ross, and guys that just maybe aren't cut out for pro football like Skyy Moore.
We put fuel on the fire adding Hardman back into the mix. Its like everyone forgot all of the head up his ass plays that Mecole Hardman has produced, and that he was take off returns because he was a ticking time bomb then, just like he continues to be now, with just HORRIBLE football IQ.
The punt he muffed is a touchback if he moves. It's a touchback.
Instead, he wants to be a hero and field this thing under sone pretty intense heat, and he gives any chance at salvaging the football game away.
On the coaching side, man, the personnel on the field at times is just mind meltingly frustrating.
Blake Bell being thrown the ball isn't really something that should be taking place if Gray and Kelce are you know...alive.
Clyde inserted into the game backed up in our own endzone for a spectacular 3 n out.
Toney lined up at rb, really bad. Toney playing qb with Mahomes available is just blatant self pink socking stupidity.
We've seen these great offensive guys get bored before. AL Saunders and Dick Vermiel did it quite a bit. It was too easy to hand the ball to Priest on the 1. Let's run smoke and mirrors and get ourselves pick 6ed for a 14 point swing.
This is Andy. Greatest offensive play designer in NFL history, but can't figure out how to get 1 yard without bringing in the ****ing Ringling Brothers, burning a timeout, and then calling a play designed by the janitor instead.
4th downs being run with fakes on ST, critical 3rd downs excluding Mahomes altogether, one eligible receiver horseshit plays, it's just nonsense to keep Andy interested at this point.
The cutesy bullshit has to go, get the best players on the field, and just line up and play football.
U derstand that if the other team is terrified to throw, and they're running all over your defense, that's gonna eat clock and Patrick isn't going to have as many possessions. So when you get deep in enemy territory, you gotta close the ****ing deal on 4th n short.
Situational football. (Quickly, someone hold RealSNR's hand) Understand the big picture. Call plays relative to what is happening.
If your defense is playing their ****ing ass off, tired as **** because you can't muster more than 7 ****ing plays in a quarter, you CANNOT punt from the enemy 42. You can't.
This team needs the bye week desperately, and as much as I hate to say it, they're missing some Eric Bieniemy foot in their ass.
There's just too much sloppy bullshit happening.
The good thing is that it's nothing Andy hasn't seen before and fixed. With our defense as ferocious as it is, we're still going to be a tough out in the post season even with these gaffes.
