Jumping the gun there just a little? He’s been solid, but doesn’t compensate for Veach’s misses on his previous two 2nd round WR selections.
And yes Hardman is a bust.
Second round pick… who the Chiefs traded up to get… was allowed to walk after his rookie contract and garnered minimal interest on the free agency market… forcing him to settle for a one year/prove-it contract with the Jets… and then sent back to the Chiefs for a low round draft pick.
That’s not exactly the trajectory of a successful NFL career… but keep trying to convince yourself otherwise.
