Same as last year, this offense does fine without having dominant WRs. I've been saying this all year, yet here we are more than 4700 posts later. Mahomes still don't care.

Except he does have a dominant WR, his name is Kelce and he just so happens to be in a TEs body. Some of us just don't want to see KC absolutely have to rely on him to get 10+ catches for the offense to work. Kelce clearly is still able to be dominant, but wouldn't it be nice to have another option or two to share some of the load? Rice clearly looks to be heading in that direction. It would be nice if someone else stepped up as another reliable option. I've been one of Moore's biggest detractors, but if he could just get a consistent 3-5 catches a game in key moments he would be a valuable asset to the team.
Also, just because the offense "does fine" (in several games it has not done fine) does that mean "fine" is all we should strive for? Shouldn't KC also be preparing for the time when Kelce is no longer here? I hope that isn't any time soon, but nobody can know when that is for sure. Kelce has already been banged up several times this year, the injury issues are likely going to become more common at his age. You can't deny the fact that this offense is a shell of itself if Kelce isn't available for whatever reason.
KC can win a super bowl with this team, it doesn't mean they shouldn't strive for being even better. It's ridiculous to blame those who want to see more out of the WR group. One good quarter from the offense does not negate the numerous bad quarters we've seen.
