Game 5 of the 1993 season. Chicago wins over Philadelphia17-6, but lost WR Wendell Davis to a horrific double knee injury, which ultimately ended his pro football playing career. Chicago's defense played great and held Philadelphia scoreless until only 26 seconds left in the game, in which they had a PAT blocked.
