They need to stop pissing away draft picks on what they perceive as quick fixes. There are no quick fixes for a roster as bad as theirs. They need to realize what they are and completely tear things down and start over. So far, thankfully, nobody in their organization has shown the ability to see this. No matter how obvious it is to an outsider.
