Sudbury teacher who texted student 'I love oral sex' loses licence

Julie Léger was found guilty of professional misconduct by the Ontario College of Teachers

According to the college, the lurid allegations involved 12 different students in 2016-17 and 2019-20. The schools and the ages of all the students were not released. Among the allegations:

— Léger allegedly invited one student to sit with her under a blanket during a bus ride following a tournament. She allegedly rubbed the boy’s leg and penis and allowed him to rub her leg.

— She allegedly told another teacher of the canoodling: “Don’t worry, we go way back. We cuddle all the time.” Léger reportedly told the boy not to speak of their interaction.

— In the digital realm, she allegedly exchanged sexually charged texts with the same boy. She told him: “I love oral sex,” “Have you ever had a woman with 29 years of experience,” and “I’m so horny right now!”

— She allegedly heaped praise on the boys’ biceps, sometimes feeling them and inviting them to feel hers.

— Léger also entered the hotel room of her male athletes at an out-of-town tournament while the boys were in their boxers. She hugged them and was there to “tuck them into bed.”

— The former teacher was also accused of inviting one boy to her home to make cupcakes while her then-husband was away.

There were also numerous other allegations, CTV reported.

Once, she allegedly tried to kiss another student when he arrived at school and frequently asked another student for hugs.

During a 2017 tournament, Léger is accused of rubbing anti-inflammatory cream on a student’s leg on the bench during the game. Later at a hotel room, she allegedly gave the boy a 10-to-15-minute rubdown while he lay on the bed.

During the 2018-19 school year, she reportedly told students: “I gotta watch out, now I can’t touch you guys because students will report me and I’ll get in trouble for flirting with you.”
