And when Shart decides the Patron is going down just a little too smooth on Friday night so he has a rumbly in his tumbly and can't play Sunday, we're just down a man in that rotation.

Herring will at least PLAY. Or if he's hurt, you'll know he's hurt.

Whereas Clark just lets you know on Saturday "Hey guys, gonna spend Sunday taking shits. Y'all be careful out there and I'll see you Tuesday..."

Why anyone wants to act like this guy would still even be in the NFL if we hadn't overpaid for him is beyond me. He's an unreliable piece of shit player who, even when he's on the field, is more likely to sit out there doing spinaroos at the LOS than he is to do anything meaningful.

A guy like Herring doesn't bring much to the table, but he makes the OT at least earn his win. He's gonna actually fight to the whistle. As opposed to Clark who's gonna try one move, then spin around, then just long-arm it until the snap is over. That guy quits on more plays than he doesn't and again, that's when he's goodly enough to bother making it to the stadium on Sunday.
