This isn't the 2018/2019 Chiefs offense but fellas it doesn't need to be. Teams evolve and GREAT teams evolve in ways where they are still finding ways to win ballgames.
Most teams don't look functionally similar to a team that came 3 years before it, let along 4 or 5. And this one shouldn't be expected to either.
Would I like us to be a 32 pt/gm team? Yeah - but that just wasn't ever realistic. We had to make decisions with the roster as the team evolved. Most of 'em have been pretty damn good ones.

Chiefs saw how dynasties are made and made a conscious decision to invest in OL and defense.
It was the right decision.
We're still gonna be top 10 on offense by the end of this season. And that's just fine.
