Yeah, one of the drivers noted that the tire limits actually made it far worse because they didn't have to worry about tire degradation so each lap was essentially treated like a qualifying lap.
So they were just pulling heavy G-loads at damn near every turn. Combined with creeping dehydration and yeah, the drivers were just wrecked at the end. Even the guys on the podium were subdued.
Seems to have taken it out of all of them, even the guys in the best shape. Ocon and Leclerc are usually fresh as a daisy after a race and those guys looked wrecked.
When guys are saying "Yeah, that one made Singapore feel easy" then you know you may have asked a bit too much and were lucky to get out of there with as little carnage as you did.
