It’s too early. VJ deserves a chance to fix it. If he doesn’t, then go ahead and replace him with an Eberflus, Staley, Dennis Allen, Todd Bowles, Saleh, Ron Rivera, Sean McDermmot, or Lou Anarumo if they become available.
