That defense is a particularly shitty matchup for us. A premier secondary can give us fits because we don't really have anyone wide they have to respect so they sit RIGHT in our pockets.
Look at those clips. Look at how insanely aggressive those DBs are playing. They're not the slightest bit concerned about a stutter/go because they know they'll catch right up to whoever it is they lose a step to.
I think you are correct - we need another speed threat. And not to replace MVS, we need one to supplement him.
The answer, of course, is DJ Moore. But hell, if the Cardinals are looking to eat some salary and move Brown - aight, that works. We need someone that can keep the DBs honest because they have ZERO fear of a ball going over the top right now and they'd diving on our WRs as soon as the ball is snapped so the short stuff is bound up as well.
