As far as Horn playing goes, all I'm telling you is I get where fans were coming from - it's very easy to bag on them now that Cook's played a couple good games. It's all an extension of his mindset. Yes the man does not know how to run an effective division 1-a offense & looked generally clueless as I said many times during his tenure & there are numerous examples, some of which I have listed here.
I think his strength might be as CEO for lack of a better term like Pinkel ran his program. He can clearly recruit. He might be good at hiring assistants. Baker's working. I think Wilks would have had he stayed given the improvement the defense showed the second half of the season he was here & this OC....IDK really yet but it's clearly an improvement.
