The Cardinals have their pick and the Texans; both teams are 1-2. The Bears have their pick and the Panthers - both teams are 0-3. And both teams look just as bad as Arizona or Houston. In fact both might look worse (seriously, HOW did Carolina think Bryce Young was a good idea????)

The Bears rolling out Williams, Harrison Jr and DJ Moore next season would just be a hilarious juxtaposition from where they are this season.
