I don't think they'd get much for him, but they'd clear some cap space that could roll over until Jefferson's deal next season. They'd maybe get a 2nd day pick and they'd 'secure' their draft position to move for a new guy.
But with as weak as the NFC North appears to be, that's gonna be a hard ask for them.

Cousins to the Jets is actually the perfect trade.
You're 0-2, and you've proven time and time again that you need an upgrade at QB to get over the jump. It's the perfect time to talk, especially when you consider the QB class coming up.
The Jets actually have the kind of defense that could maybe get you there with a Cousins at QB.
Makes too much sense.
