I know I’m sounding like a broken record. But it feels to me that this year we pivoted to guys who support kelce to now finding guys we want to compete for WR1 and WR2. Mecole was a speed guy. Skyy felt more like a catch and run slot guy. Role players in that offense are safe, easier to find, and can very valuable. But that mentality needs to shift.
Rashee feels like a new direction for us and it’s one I’m excited about. And I hope it doesn’t stop there. If we don’t want to spend money on WRs then keep at it in the draft even if you feel “comfortable” with your WR room.
