Nobody has forgotten anything. KT had a historically bad day on the field and lost the home opener for the Chiefs. Fans are going to bust his balls a little. Add in the angst of losing your all-world TE (and best receiver) two days before the first game while having your best defensive player making poor decisions and not playing… well it’s surprising that Chiefs’ Kingdom wasn’t MORE surly about KT’s horrible performance. KT will bounce back and be forgiven. He does not seem like the type that has self-esteem issues. He will be fine despite the horrible game that he had. Both he and the coaching staff will learn from it.
