Water intoxication is also super rare. Only like 5 actually confirmed cases in modern times? And the majority of those cases resulted in people being forced/forcing themselves to drink far too much. Seems like it would be incredibly difficult to just OD on water on accident.

I suppose there is no point in discussing the spicy chip case until it’s confirmed as to what actually killed the kid.
