Could the EPA be in the 22-24 range without Jones based on slight improvements and additions over last year's squad? Y'know...that's not that unlikely.

This team can win a championship at/near merely below average on defense.



The real issue as I see it is that Jones comes off the field in run situations where the EPA/Play is naturally lower anyway. So there may be some static in the numbers that makes them appear rosier than they are.
