You've asked Jones to continue to improve, be a leader, and step up his play in the post season. He did. All of it. He's playing the best ball of his career at a position that gives your defense a HUGE advantage.

Mahomes and Jones are the only two players on this team I'd argue you need to pay. If they ask it - pay it. Jones is not asking to equal or top Donald. You've got Mahomes and Kelcee below market value and have the ability to get Jones below market value.
