You guys can keep saying Jones has little to no leverage. Doesn't make it true
The Chiefs know they need the guy to win SB's. That's ultimately, their goal.
They can't tag him next year, 33 million dollar bomb on the cap all at once pretty much takes them out of signing any free agents.
It's basically either sign an extension, or let him play out the year then walk.
