Homes are appreciating assets just like stocks. You can build wealth and net worth by buying houses and property. That’s how it should be.
That pretty much has nothing to do with this thread.

People who live in other states really shouldn't be posting here, and the citizens of Jackson County would not mind you leaving this thread.
