Man, you have to actually play the kids to develop them. Signing 30 year old WR's doesn't aid that process. That's how you get a bunch of internet GM's claiming Skyy Moore is a bust because he only caught 25 balls as a rookie or whatever.
We're going to have to get used to not always having proven production at certain position groups, and it's probably going to move around from year to year. It's the best way to build your roster. There are risks, but you have to trust your scouting and coaching.
