Any of you cap experts know if there is an actual limit in how much the Cards can eat/pay off of Hopkin contract if they wanted to?
Others have said it as well BUT if Cards agreed to pay a good chunk of Hopkins contract so Veach will send a higher pick I think they is a WIN WIN. Just have no idea on what the rules are for such a thing?
Could the Cards even give him an extension and then eat a crap ton of the money to trade him to KC for pennies on the dollar? Why would they I know BUT just asking what are the NFL rules on something like this happening?
