I don't disagree, and if it's a first round WR they absolutely will play him. Having Hopkins gives KC a #1 WR to go to while the rookie gets integrated. This playbook is complex and being in the right spot at the right time is huge which is why Skyy had issues for a majority of the season. Pretty sure a couple or more of Mahomes' INTs last year were a product of Skyy not being where he is supposed to be.
