Hopkins price tag will be high, so what you pay for would be short term production.
For this to happen:
1 - Hopkins needs to be released.
2 - Veach needs to extend/restructure. CJ is the obvious candidate.
3 - Hopkins cap number and contract have to be digestible. If OBJ's contract with Baltimore is the floor for Hopkins new deal, then we are likely out.

Hopkins isn't a top 10-15 WR. That's outlandish. If he was, then teams wouldn't have a problem trading a 2nd and taking on the cap hit, because that'd be really cheap for an elite receiver.
I'm willing to bet someone $100 that he doesn't even get to 700 yards next year.
