A big issue with highly processed food is that it is generally very high cal so people struggle to not take in excess calories. You can sit down with a bag of chips and a soda and take in 500 calories in 15 minutes and still be hungry. It's terrible.

Protein is so important for me bc it helps me not have sugar cravings. Also helps with gains too
