Why not call a decent restaurant place and buy a steak, meatloaf, grilled fish, or roasted chicken?
You can buy bags of Birdseye Steam Fresh veggies and in 3 minutes have a super healthy side dish. Add some Sesame oil, very little soy, some ginger powder, some chili oil and it tastes Asian. Or add lime juice, Cilantro, and extra virgin olive oil and it tastes Mexican.
Your daily salt consumption is a big No-No
