Let's see...if I'm going to give away all my top picks for years (and several players), pay a middle aged QB 300 mil and a coach 20 mil, what level of success will justify these moves? Two Super Bowl wins in the next 5 years, minimum? I'd think you'd need to win your division just about every year and average at least 12 wins/year, right?
