Look, Russell Wilson might be sorta fixable. Hackett was a joke. Having said that, Wilson was showing decline two years ago. He isn't the guy he was, and he isn't Drew Breeze either. With a new Offense, generally you'd expect a downturn for half a season or so due to missed route reads, blocking assignments, etc. Is Payton better than what they've had the past four years? Absolutely. Is he taking them to the SB or even deep into the playoffs with Wilson? Absolutely not.
