While I would prefer it not be Sean Payton, I'm really not concerned. Part of me wants Sean Payton to just find a job somewhere, anywhere this year just so he won't be available when Chargers go looking for a new coach in 2024. I could see a world where he elevates Broncos to be mediocre/okay. Basically would just require finding what was wrong with Russell Wilson and at least fixing it enough to make him functional.
