Egg bites. My 3 had sausage, bacon, pepperjack cheese, cottage cheese, green onions and sautéed onions with a dash of sweet and spicy mustard. With a few air fryer hash rounds on the side. BBQ sauce to dip.
In the spirit of the thread I topped the egg bites with Taco Bell Diablo sauce.
