That last picture looks like every crack whore waitress about a month before they overdose. Once you start to not actually recognize their face, the days are numbered.
There are some weight loss plans that float around on FB that have nearly the exact same physical affect on people. Once the weight they needed to lose comes off they stay on the program to "maintain" and it gives them the same half drunk and hollow eyed look. Two former business partners were on it and if I didn't know any better I would have bet money they were on smack. They just look sickly. The program even stops using their updated pictures once they go from healthy to hollow looking.
