If my understanding is correct, and the NFL was telling them to play on, and it was the coaches and captains that said no, then heads should roll at the NFL, starting with Goodell.
If that's not what happened, then ok.
but if they were telling the Bills and Bengals to go out and finish the game, and it took the coaches and captains to call it off, then that is bullshit and shameful.
Perhaps that's not what happened, and we'll know more I expect soon.
