Start your day w/a packet of 'high fiber' instant oatmeal. Add boiling water and 1 TBL of chia seed. You've eaten half your daily fiber requirement for breakfast - that's pretty hard to do. This will make your life easier - you're not 'farfrompoopin' anymore.
