One thing is certain...NFL inc. rewards owners that invest in their brand.

Donks have been out of preferential loop since Bowlen died...and his spoiled, brat children inherited the team. There has been a lot of movement in the AFCW since then too...which took precedence.

Raiders relocated and have a new stadium. Chargers relocated but are essentially a parasite to the Rams. NFL isnt interested is coddling them and views them more as a problem. They are directly competing with Kroenke's market and his $4 billion investment. Chiefs landed a generational "face of the league" QB at a time the NFL desperately needed one. Even the "old money" controllers of the original NFL couldn't keep their vendetta against the Hunt family and their part is creating a rival league.

Now, the Donks have new blood. Walton invested a record amount into the 'good old boys" club...and brought in a globalist ex-politician/war merchant for good measure. Goodell even got involved to facilitate player movement...which is not a good sign. The controller of NFL narratives had a "hands on" role in this deal.

Since this transaction, nearly every aspect of the franchise has been artificially inflated in the media. Sometimes, these narratives are repeated across multiple networks...on the same day. This is a coordinated play...along with schedule makers giving them the easiest start to year...while giving KC the hardest start in NFL history. ESPN sold a piece that Denver now has the #4 OL in the league...while adding no one. Every ranking system had them at 15 or lower including ESPN's own just a few months before.

Just to point out how owner preference works...take a look back to 2018. The SB should have been Brees/Mahomes. It took some of the worst 4th quarter officiating, simultaneously, to appease Kraft and Kroenke. NFL even had to feign a rule change as fans boycotted the SB. Fans got Brady vs. Goff in some manufactured Frankenstein power-play of an ownership match-up. They chose ownership investment hierarchy over a HOF QB swan song SB departure...it shows where their loyalties truly are.

Anyway...Donks, on paper, are a 7-9 win team. Potentially 9 wins if they avoid injury to their starting OL, DE and WR. They have some atrocious depth across the board...and an inexperienced coaching staff. Their HC appears more of a "rah rah" type as opposed to a disciplinarian in Fangio.

The good news for Donk nation...is the NFL is actively pushing your new "Walton" brand. If there is one game the narrative makers have circled, its the national home game against KC. This is your SB....SNF, new ownership, new QB against a rival that has won 13 straight. Getting swept again destroys all the false-narrative creation they've been actively pushing for months...they are in the business of selling hope. They will allow KC to win the game a few weeks later...

That's my take...I expect some "unexpected wins" down the stretch to create late season seeding drama and to pad Vegas' coffers...just like last year. You should be the beneficiaries of this play too...

It's not all doom gloom...if your team stays healthy enough to convincingly sell the manufactured narrative....you might get a last second Steelers type entry into the dance.
