Just to point some things about that magical 12-4 Raiders Season...
What was the point differential for the 2016 Oakland Raiders?
The Oakland Raiders finished the regular season with a point differential of +31. Based on their point differential and their pythagorean expectation, the Raiders could have been expected to have about 8.7 wins, or a 9-7 record in the regular season.
Everything Derek Carr and the Raiders do gets compared to the great 2016 season, when they surged to a 12-4 record — seemingly out of nowhere — and their first playoff berth in 14 years. That season Carr had seven fourth-quarter comebacks, A NFL record...
Interesting that their first season in their new stadiums (with fans)...4th quarter magic happened again.
Last season..."Raiders set record with 5-last second wins on the year"
Starting to see the pattern....2016 to get the move approved, 2021 first year in new stadium....nothing in between.
