You can say that again. I had a giant helping on my Porterhouse the other night at Outback Steakhouse. They were great. I love white/yellow/Spanish/Sweet grilled or caramelized onions on so many things. Pizza, Sausage Peppers and Onions, Sandwiches, Chopped in Meatloaf, 1/4's soaked in Pot Roast gravy.
The only downside for me is that they produce some HORRIBLE smelling gas. The worst of anything I eat.
