What improvement would you have to see to justify a new 4 year, $180 million deal?
Playoff birth? Missing the postseason but finally beating the Chiefs?
That being said...I cant believe they arent quietly working on an extension for Wilson. A holdout, before even taking a snap, would be a bad look for both parties involved. He's 33-34...way too much risk going into the year with an extension hanging in the balance. If he gets severely hurt (Donks have had their starting QB injured for 7 straight seasons)...or continues his regression. He could cost himself $100 million.

Who knows what they'll do, but whenever he is paid on a new deal... it will be for whatever the going rate is at the time. I think he has 3-4 strong years remaining, so if he can average what he has done the last 4 seasons - about 3,700 yards, 32 TDs and 7 INTs... I'm good.
I don't think that's expecting too much, couple that with a strong ground game and the team will consistently produce and be better than 2021.
