I've got my eye on this
Mexi-Q place in Gilbert. It has to be better than the Q I tried around Chicago but I'll probably hold out until prices come down before I gamble on it.
I also picked up some
green chili bbq rub that I plan to try out on some ribs soon.
My PT who's a life long resident also gave me the inside track on a carniceria with carne asada that he claims is the best in the east valley.
Looking forward to stepping up my SW cooking game.
